OTHER CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 i) Demonstrated leadership qualities in strategic planning, implementation and management of multi-disciplinary agricultural research programs, including robust credentials/track record to have coordination with Provincial Governments and private sector stake-holders.

 ii) Demonstrated abilities to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively. 

iii) Having strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills.

 Those candidates, who fulfill the prescribed qualifications/ experience mentioned above, may apply on the prescribed application form available on the Ministry's website along-with complete CV and documents/ credentials within fifteen (15) days of publication of advertisement.

 

 Those already in service must apply through proper channel. However, in case a civil servant/ government servant is selected through competitive process against the post, he/ she shall either resign from service or seek early retirement, before joining the post in MP Scale Position.
